About Me
I am an accredited counsellor and supervisor based in Middlesbrough, working with adults, children, and young people. I believe that having a safe, confidential space to speak can make all the difference — where you will be heard without judgement, and supported at your own pace.

- BACP Accredited Member — MBACP (Accred)
- Registered on the BACP Accredited Register (approved by the Professional Standards Authority)
- Bound by the BACP Ethical Framework — upholding strict confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
- Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision
- Certificate in Integrative Creative Supervision
- IAPT Certificate in supervision
