Concessionary Rates

I understand that cost can sometimes be a barrier to getting the support you need. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available if you are:

• A student
• On a low income or benefits (e.g. Universal Credit)
• Facing financial hardship

Please ask — don’t let cost stop you from reaching out. We can discuss what feels affordable for you.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (BACS) — preferred
• Cash or card — in person
• Payment due 48 hours before each session

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• With less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will apply
• Exceptions made for genuine emergencies or illness

This allows me to offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting. Thank you for understanding.

Session Frequency & Duration

• Usually weekly or fortnightly — we agree what works best
• Short-term focused work: 6–12 sessions
• Longer-term open-ended support: as long as you need
• We review progress together every few weeks

Strict professional confidentiality applies in line with BACP Ethical Framework and UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is never shared without your written consent, except where required by law or to protect safety. Full details provided in our initial agreement.
