Agreement

Booking a consultation or session constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Sessions

• Sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed
• Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rearrangements — otherwise the full fee may apply
• I aim to start and finish punctually

Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality applies. Limits to confidentiality apply only where:

• There is serious risk of harm to you or someone else
• I am legally required to disclose information

Professional Standards

I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. All work is regularly supervised.

Complaints

If you have concerns, please raise them directly with me. If unresolved, you may contact the BACP for independent guidance.
